 Teammember Jore Vandenberghe is preparing for the 2008 season. While his competitors skate with 2 jackets, a fleeze, gloves etc to protect themselves from freezing, he jumps on the plane. Destination: the sunny FLORIDA. He is visiting the world renowed coach Renee Hildebrandt. Is he ready for the new season?  It is my pleasure to announce the 2008 Orana Racing Team. People have been talking a lot about the team, but it is now official that the new team will consist of the following skaters: Bart Swings (Junior World Champion), Ferre Spruyt, Maarten Swings, Wannes Van Praet and Joren Vandenberghe and will be active in top events over Europe.

 Bart Swings, Joren Vandenberghe, Wannes Van Praet, all members of the Orana Racing Team, managed to win gold at the European Championships relay 2007 in Heerde (The Netherlands). The young Bart Swings is a world class skater.
